Hello!
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Morgan Miller. I am the HR Director for Chick-fil-A of Murfreesboro!

I am hoping to talk with you about how we might best serve the students of your home schooling network! We currently have two restaurant locations in Murfreesboro that offer flexible scheduling, intentional professional and personal growth, and a safe, respectful working environment.

We begin hiring as early as 14 years old! Starting at 16, your young adults could begin working daytime hours, even a short mid-day shift to allow parents time to breath or lesson plan. During their time with us, we strive to provide an environment that allows these young adults to learn what real work is, learn to communicate with others, learn how to be held accountable for results, and learn stress management skills that they will carry with them through life. Our goal is to be an impactful launching pad for whatever may come after us!

In turn, we also commit to celebrate their personal and professional accomplishments and invest in their future. We offer two scholarship opportunities, tuition reimbursement, free ACT Bootcamps through Sylvan Learning, free financial planning workshops with Dave Ramey’s Financial Peace University, free break food, a stocked library of the best leadership development books, pay increases based on performance, and promotion opportunities!

Employment may not be the best option for some of your students at this time. So, we would also like to offer our services through catering any events you might be hosting or providing free educational “Interview & Resume Prep” Q&As!
